What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the whole world except Cuba, Ecuador, Guatemala, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, North Korea, Panama, Seychelles, Sint Maarten, Sudan, Sweden, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen.

How do I track my order?

We will send you an email with shipping information when it ships. You can track your order at www.trackdog.com

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days. If some apparel of an order is out of stock, we need 5-8 days to replenish it. Shipping times start once the order is processed. Shipping times may vary, but on average orders take between 8–15 business days to be delivered. Please note: customers outside the Continental United States, Canada, EU countries, and Australia may experience longer shipping times.

What is the difference between Order Date and Ship Date?

The Order Date refers to the date the order was received. The Ship Date refers to the date the order was shipped from our shipping facility.

When I track the status of my order, it says it was delivered but I can't find it. Where is it and what should I do?

Please check the following:

  • Verify the shipping address
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  • Wait 24 hours - in rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 24 hours prior to arrival


What are my payment options?

We accept payment via Paypal, Visa or MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Maestro, and so on.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact Customer Support service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Why is my promotional code not working?

Occasionally oliviayan will offer promotional discounts via the use of temporary codes. If you feel your code has expired prematurely, please contact our customer care team by email. We do not allow multiple discounts or offers to be stacked. If there is currently a promotion running on the site, no further discounts can be applied.


What is your return/exchange policy?

When will my credit card/Paypal account be refunded?

Once your return has been received and processed, a credit will be issued back to your credit card. Please allow twenty-one (21) days to account for transit time and return processing before you receive confirmation of your credit. This includes the 3-5 days your banking institution may take to process and post this transaction to your account.


How Do I Know What Size to Choose?

You can refer to 'Size Guide' at the bottom of the web page and previous purchase sizes. However, if you are unsure of a particular style or would like any advice, please email support@oliviayan.club and we will do our best to help.

Is gift wrapping available?
